Took It Easy Today

Well somewhat.I ran 3miles and walked just over 1 mile.Still pretty good.I told myself I was gonna take a day off from running.But I was feeling kinda guilty.Or kind of like I was missing something. I've been very lazy today.Slept till 12:30ish.WOW!I haven't slept that long in ages.But then I didn't go to bed till almost 4am.Funny thing is I have more energy after a long day at work than I do when I have a lazy day at home.I tend to eat better at work than I do at home.I'm sure that's the reason.
