Tracking My Fitness

I've decided to start tracking my fitness goals and maby my food as well.I haven't been keeping track of that like I should.Most of these post will be short,sweet and to the point.

Ran 6.2 miles walked 1.7miles total.That's good considering I ate a whole bag of chocolate covered Bridge Mix! My eating has been bad today.I skipped breakfast.Only coffee.Not good!No food and coffee(high test)leads to poor food chooses later in the day! I think maby I burned most of that chocolate off though.Burned 1,122 calories on the tread mill.
